Sunrise Surprise

This delightful treat is called the "Sunrise Surprise" because the inventor served it to his wife as breakfast-in-bed on their first wedding anniversary. The "surprise" comes from the fact that she divorced him soon after for this (and a few other etiquette transgressions). But don't let that spoil your enjoyment of this top-notch meal! It's easy to make and won't cause acid reflux (when consumed in very small quantities).

Ingredients:

• 5 saltine crackers
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 4 tablespoons ketchup

Arrange crackers on a plate. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of crackers. Drop globs of ketchup on top. For a richer taste, heat cheese by placing under sun for ten minutes. Remove any stray ants and serve.
