In desperate need of protein but tired of having to drive across town to KFC
for that 12-piece value bucket every time you've got the slightest hankering?
Just keep a stack of frozen chicken parts in your freezer for those "caveman
moments." The sweetness of the honey helps mask the freezer burn flavor of
chicken stored up to eight years.
Ingredients:
One chicken breast (or any part except head/neck/butt/feet)
One jar honey (bear-shaped container optional)
Microwave chicken on low for 15 minutes; check center for blood. If you are
male aged 20 to 50, leave bloody core, squirt honey 1/4 inch deep on chicken,
and eat with hands. If you are not male aged 20 to 50, cook for another ten
minutes on low, coat lightly with honey, and eat with fork and knife.
