Few racers have a problem with clearing out their "septic pipes" on race day, but there are those long, dreary weeks between races when you can use just the tiniest bit of help. Although this dish won't scour your intestines as well as swallowing a sauteed brillo pad, it does offer enough roughage to help the most overly-plaqued of insides. Ingredients: 1/2 head red cabbage 1 cup Honey Bunch of Oats cereal* Cut cabbage into wedges. Arrange on plate and sprinkle cereal around cabbage. Eat with hands or utensils. Because the leaves have a tight weave, the cabbage wedges can be battered and deep fried without degradation. *For those allergic to oats, wheat, barley, corn, rice, almonds, sugar, oil, cinammon, salt or bht, replace cereal with sawdust.
